A Sparkle Born from Passion
Crystalella Limited was founded in 2012 by Josie, whose lifelong love of crystals was inspired by her grandfather, a talented jeweller. As a child, Josie was captivated by the brilliance of diamonds and the magic of Cinderella’s crystal slipper. That childhood dream became the foundation of Crystalella.
From Hobby to Heartfelt Business
What began as a personal hobby—adding crystals to her own shoes—soon captured the attention of family and friends. Their admiration turned into requests, and before long Josie was customising footwear for others, all while balancing two other jobs.
Driven by perfectionism and passion, Josie dedicated herself to crafting every pair with care and precision. By 2017, the joy her creations brought to customers inspired her to leave her day jobs and focus full-time on building Crystalella.
